Aloha Juice Feast #6 – Juicing It Up With The Juicy Ladies

Aloha Sangha!

Today was a lot of fun I made a trip down to Woodland Hills, California to visit “Juicy Ladies” a well established organic juice bar that also serves simple delicious vegan treats, e.g., salads, soups, wraps and burgers. The menu boast a variety of goodies like the Un-Tuna Sandwich, Nori Roll-UP, Mediterranean Hummus Platter and much more.

Previous to today Brother Echo had the chance a few months ago while at the Calabasas farmers market to try some of the Juicy Ladies fresh fruit juice and let me tell you it was spectacular! Ever since then I’ve been trying to find the time to get to the juice bar… today was that day!

I interviewed and worked with Heather today, Heather was great giving me the scoop on what Juicy Ladies is all about. As it turns out Juicy Ladies is not just a place to get juice, smoothies and food. Juicy ladies also has numerous different programs including a detox program for all different levels of commitment and lifestyles. To go along with the detox programs Juicy Ladies frequently organizes retreats where you can escape to a secluded venue like Ojai, California for example with like mind people to get cleansed, healthy and revitalized.

Another great program that Juicy Ladies has is a children’s program where they go around to different schools giving out juices and smoothies educating the kids on what healthy food really is. Pretty darn cool eh!

So that’s it for today Sangha, day #6 of this juice feast is almost over and Brother Echo is feeling tremendous and full of energy. Life is good!
